Maximize Your COVID-19 Potential



The courses listed below will focus on developing you for a Post-COVID-19 world.  These courses will evolve into Post-COVID-19 Courses.

Basic Course

This course helps you develop your potential by learning how to manage your personal and corporate life, virtually and within the limitations of  COVID-19. You will be given a personal coach and an opportunity to develop your skills with your own mentors. You will develop your networking skills by learning how to participate in Collaborative Information Networks (CIN) Learning. Participants will work through the topics and share information with one another. Through a Discovery Report and
InterACTION Guide you will gain a greater understanding in how to relate to other people. COVID-19 Networks and a variety of other resources will be used as course materials, with options chosen by participants and approved by your coach. The course covers the following topics:

  1. Mental Health Support
  2. Collaborative Learning
  3. Finding Personal Balance in Stressful Situations
  4. Safety During Stressful Situations Like COVID-19
  5. Minimize Relational and Spiritual Stress
  6. Working Virtually from Home
  7. Virtual Team Development and Management
  8. Virtual Organizational Management
  9. Individual Options
At the completion of the course you will have a plan and a strategy to reach your COVID-19 Potential.  You will get a certificate of completion. The course provides 21 hours of instruction and is delivered online through Google, Zoom and other technologies.

Cost of Tuition: $ 600.00
Cost for Course Materials is $150.
  • COVID-19 Volunteers can audit the course for a fee of $20
Intermediate Course

This course covers the same topics as the basic course in more depth and adds Career and Personal Development Content.

Instructional hours: 35  
Tuition: $1050
Materials: $300

Equine Assisted Learning Addition
Horses are known to assist people with emotional learning and support. With all the COVID-19 stressors and limitations, working outside with horses can be therapeutic and a great form of self-care. This addition to our course is designed to give participants 10 equine lessons so that they can evaluate whether Equine Assisted Learning is something they want to pursue in the future.  

Instructional hours: 10
Additional cost is $400 to be added to any of our COVID-19 courses.

Leadership Course

This course covers the same topics as the intermediate course in more depth and adds leadership content.

Instructional hours: 50  
Tuition: $1500
Materials: $400

Personal Development Addition:

This is an addition which covers the content of our Maximize Your Personal Potential course.

Additional Instructional hours: 20

CIN COVID-19 Webinar

This webinar will give you an overview of some of the major considerations for Maximizing Your COVID-19 Potential. We will talk about:

  1. Developing your online skills

  2. Working (Studying) from home

  3. Working as a virtual team

  4. Mental Health First Aid for COVID-19

  5. COVID-19 parenting and coaching

  6. Maximizing your relational potential by minimizing the stress. 

Webinars are 1-6 hours and cost between $30 and $180.  Free for Youth (ages 15-30) their Employers, Mentors and Volunteers, who participate in our Personal Development Research.

Maximize Your Nonprofit and Business Potential

This course helps you develop your skills in managing a nonprofit organization.  You will be given personal mentorship and an opportunity to develop your skills with your own mentors.  When possible, you will be given the opportunity to practice skills in a nonprofit organization. You will develop your networking skills by learning how to participate in a Collaborative Information Network (CIN).  At the completion of the course you will have a management plan and strategies to work with nonprofit organizations. You will get a certificate of completion. The course provides 21 hours of instruction and is delivered in the following ways:

  1. Individualized Instruction: An initial meeting (in person or via online communication) will be held to go over course expectations and individual plans to complete the course by online mentoring and instruction.
  2. Distance Learning: Mentoring, Instruction and Meetings to take place online.
  3. Classroom Instruction: In person meetings, mentoring and instruction with some online assignments.

Maximize Your Leadership Potential

This course helps you develop your Leadership Potential by learning about and applying Leadership principles. Through a Discovery Report you will learn how to Lead Yourself and Others. You will be given personal mentorship and an opportunity to develop your skills with your own mentors.   You will develop your networking skills by learning how to participate in a Collaborative Information Network (CIN). At the completion of the course you will have had practice in leading a team, and a plan and a strategy to reach your leadership potential.  You will get a certificate of completion. The course provides 30 hours of instruction and is delivered in the following ways:
  1. Individualized Instruction: An initial meeting (in person or via online communication) will be held to go over course expectations and individual plans to complete the course by online mentoring and instruction.
  2. Distance Learning: Mentoring, Instruction and Meetings to take place online.

Minimize Your Carbon Footprint

This course helps you develop your awareness and practical ways to Reduce, Reuse, Recycle through exploring Make, Fix, Recycle opportunities.   You will be given a personal coach and an opportunity to develop your skills with your own mentors.  You will develop your networking skills by exploring projects of interest to you and your employer.

The course covers the following topics:

1. Make: Explore ways and organizations that make things from materials which would normally be put in the landfill or recycled at a lesser use.  One of the areas is using waste materials from construction projects.
2. Fix: Explore ways and organizations that fix things which would normally be put in the landfill or recycled at a lesser use.  Finding where to get parts and instructions on how to fix things, like appliances.
3. Recycle:  Explore ways and organizations that recycle things, which would normally be waste materials.  Examine the recycling policies and practices organizations and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Individual Projects: These projects would be worked out with your employer. 

The course provides 30  hours of instruction and is delivered in the following ways:
1. Individualized Instruction: An initial meeting (in person or via online communication) will be held to go over course expectations and individual plans to complete the course by online mentoring and instruction.
2. Distance Learning: Mentoring, Instruction and Meetings to take place online.

Maximize Your Personal Potential

This course helps you develop your Personal Potential by learning about and applying Self-Actualization principles. You will be given a personal coach and an opportunity to develop your skills with your own mentors.   You will develop your networking skills by learning how to participate in Collaborative Information Networks (CIN) especially the Global Soul Wellness Network. Participants will work through the topics in groups of 3 or 4 with each participant studying at their level of development. Students will be put into groups after an interview, which is a prerequisite for the course.  Through a Discovery Report and InterACTION Guide you will gain a greater understanding in how to relate to other people. GSW network and a variety of other resources will be used as course materials, with options chosen by participants and approved by your coach. The course covers the following topics: 

  • Mental Health
  • Securing your Identity
  • Soul Wellness Topics
  • Personal Wellness
  • Personal Relationships
  • Personal Business
  • Individual Options
Equine Facilitated Personal Development Addition

Equine Facilitated Personal Assistant Addition
This addition to our course is designed to give participants 20 equine lessons so that they can assist others with Equine Facilitated Personal Development.
